LINC Program: Leadership, Ideas, Networking, Community

Save the date for our LINC program February 8, 2012.  This event will be held at Greenway Middle School from 6:30-8:00 p.m.  The event will feature fundraising vendors, informational booths, and much more!

This Resource and Vendor Showcase will allow leaders the opportunity to:
  • Mingle, talk, and discover what other schools are doing throughout the district.
  • Ask questions from the “experts” about volunteer recruitment, finances, issues parent groups are facing, etc….
  • Meet with a variety of program/fundraising organizations that will be present at the vendor showcase.

Strong parental involvement is part of our mission and successful parent groups benefit all of us. UPC is excited to provide this opportunity.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Parent Group Leaders (Incoming and Outgoing Leadership), Presidents, Treasurers, Fundraisers, UPC Representatives, Student Council, Booster Clubs, anyone that is looking for new ideas for their groups whether it is in fundraising and/or new programs.

WHAT TO EXPECT? We will have several outside vendors to share their programs, fundraisers and information. This event is a great place to gather information in a one stop shop! In addition, to vendors UPC will be providing “experts” to answer questions, concerns, provide information that can help your groups.
