Project Materials…
We have a supply of basic art materials for your projects, including various types of paper, brushes, paints, drawing media and miscellaneous items.
We have inventoried and organized the AM supply cupboards in the copy room (they are against the back wall beneath the counters). Please keep these cupboards neat and organized. It really cuts down on the prep time and on the purchase of duplicate materials if we maintain these cupboards.
We will inventory the cupboards from time to time to maintain a current inventory of supplies. As you use supplies please let either Sarah (

rrucker6@cox.net) know so we can ensure a ready supply of basic materials. When our on-line calendar goes into effect, we will ask that you indicate on the appropriate date which art piece you will be using and any supplies from the cupboards that will be used as well.

In addition to these supplies, you may find you need some additional materials. We recommend, as a first step, requesting materials from the class parents (for example, egg cartons, old magazines, scrap wallpaper). You may need to purchase some materials. You can either purchase these yourself as a donation to the school. We can provide you with a tax receipt. Or you can make an Art Masterpiece Funds Request (email either Toni

This request must be made in advance of purchasing your supplies. It is possible that not all requests can be filled as we have a limited budget. However, we will do our best to stretch our dollars so as to accommodate as many requests as possible.
We urge you to save the weekly Michael’s and Joann’s coupons (see the Sunday papers inserts) and plan your purchases ahead so as to minimize the cost as much as possible.
